Mark Kemp has served as our Senior Pastor since 1991.  He counts it a privilege to serve God and His people as we seek to live life together to God's glory.  His passion is to communicate God's Word clearly and practically in order to help people experience a growing relationship with Jesus Christ that produces the fruit of joy, obedience, and service.

Mark grew up in a pastor's home in Belton, Texas.  He holds degrees in Biblical studies and pastoral ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Mark is married to Annette with whom he delights to share life and do ministry together.  Annette is the Assistant Head Master at Providence Preparatory School and she serves in the worship, youth, and women's ministries in the church.  They have two daughters, a granddaughter and grandson. Kara and her husband Dane live in Abilene, TX with their daughter Avery and grandson Noah. Kayla is a graduate student at Penn State University.
Outside the church, Mark's interests include listening to Jazz, fly-fishing, reading, travel, and time with his family.
