OUR COMMITMENTS
AS MEMBERS OF FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH

1. We believe and live according to the truths of the Bible as professed in our Statement of Faith.

2. WE participate regularly in the worship, small groups, an discipleship gatherings of the church so we can honor god, grow spiritually, and encourage others.

3. We pray privately and with the church corporately for our leaders, salvation of the lost, needs of fellow believers, and the growth of our work and witness.

4. we give to god regularly through the church to further his kingdom, recognizing that he is the owner of all things.

5. We serve the Lord in a ministry of the church using our gifts and talents to build up the body of Christ.

6. We share the Good News of Jesus by participating in the Work of the Church and Personal Witness to fulfill Christ's commission to make disciples of all nations.

7. We Guard the unity of the church by looking out for the interests of others, following scriptural principles to address concerns, and being responsive to the conviction of sin in our lives.
